The County’s budget process begins with the development of the Strategic Financial Plan, which includes five-year revenue and expense forecasts, along with the identification of strategic priorities.

In the coming years, we face a difficult economic climate and disruptions to funding for County programs administered on behalf of the state and federal governments.
